1. Snatch from Floor + Low Hang Snatch (1+1) MAX

2. Drop back down to 50% then Snatch from Floor MAX

3. Clean Superman Pull Pause 3x3 to MAX  
(Hold pause for 3 Seconds, Lower it back down before it touches the floor, Pull again, etc.)
